EvergreenFantasyFootball ("we," "us," "our") operates evergreenfantasyfootball.com and the EvergreenFantasyFootball fantasy football platform (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
EvergreenFantasyFootball is operated by a Wyoming limited liability company. We are a software-as-a-service platform for organizing and managing fantasy football leagues — we are not a gambling operator, and we never hold, administer, or distribute prize money of any kind.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you create an account.
- League and team data: the leagues you join or create, your team names, rosters, and in-league activity.
- Payment information: when you purchase a league or team tier, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your full credit card number on our own servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, general location (city/country level), device and browser type, and how you interact with the site, collected automatically via Google Analytics.
- Communications: anything you send us directly, such as support emails or bug reports.
How we use your information
- To create and operate your account, leagues, and teams
- To process payments for league/team fees through Lemon Squeezy
- To send important account or league-related communications
- To understand overall site traffic and improve the Service
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (for example, which pages are read most, and how much overall traffic the site receives). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using your browser settings or available opt-out browser extensions.
Payments and third-party services
All league and team fees are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
We never hold, administer, or distribute real prize money. Leagues that wish to run a cash prize pool do so entirely outside our platform — either through an independent third-party escrow service (such as LeagueSafe or Fantasy Pay), or, if the league agrees to it, through their own commissioner directly. Neither arrangement involves our platform or our payment processing in any way, and we have no visibility into or responsibility for those funds.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, our hosting provider, database provider, payment processor, and analytics provider)
- Other members of your league, to the extent needed for the league to function (for example, your team name and roster are visible to your league-mates)
- Law enforcement or regulators, only if legally required to do so
Data retention
We retain your account and league information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
