Yes — plenty of leagues do. It just happens entirely outside our platform, through a dedicated service like LeagueSafe, Fantasy Pay or if your League agrees to it, the commissioner can hold the prize money and distribute it at the end of the season.

The real difference is how many starting slots you can protect with a dedicated backup each week: Bronze gets 1, Silver gets 3, Gold gets unlimited. Bronze also shows ads; Silver and Gold don't.
Yes, and it's real right now. Refer a friend, and if they pay for a team before September 6, you both get credit: $5 for you, $5 off for them — applied to your account for next season. Refer a whole league, and it's $20 for you, $15 off for them.
