When your pick comes up on the twitch streamed staff draft @ twitch.tv/thejeremessiah, commish will:
1- Select whatever player you tell me if you're there in person
2- Choose players off a priority list you've sent me via the forums
3- Use the "Have Staff Finish Draft" option IF you've told me to, this allegedly uses the in-game sliders available when you do your staff re-signing export
4-If you've not communicated any preference for your picks, your picks will be skipped where possible or if you have a vacancy your staff will handle it.
