I'll pick up Tampa Bay - Florida Freedom. I used to play in one of the now defunct leagues, but might need a little help working out the kinks of multiplayer again.

<50 Round 7 LOCK - This means you can only play 50 of the games in regular season if you are drafted in rounds 1-6 both included

what does both included mean here?
