Be advised, if you don't export a playbook you will not be able to export offers on your guys post-TC. Your exported playbooks will not be used so don't spend a lot of time on it. Just get 100+ plays in and you'll be fine.

Due to the unforeseen consequences of not exporting playbooks, the game wouldn't let people export so the easiest answer here is to use the backup files and roll back to pre-TC. I also could not export the playbooks, it would say successful but no file would show up in the ftp folder so
